Pet/Companion/Performance puppies/dogs are sold outright and strictly on spay/neuter contracts.

Conformation/Show puppies/dogs are sold on co-ownership contract to insure that they are indeed shown and not just used for breeding purposes.  It also ensures that the dog's hips and eyes are properly certified to be free of hereditary defects prior to intended breeding of said dog.

Our puppies/dogs are sold with written guarantees regarding health and temperament.  All of our adult dogs are OFA Certified to be free of hip dysplasia and have yearly eye exams.  All of our puppies' eyes are certified at 7-8 weeks of age before going to their respective homes.  Documentation on all health clearances is provided to the puppy buyers in their puppy packet at the time of purchase.

Our puppies/dogs whether for show or pet/companion/performance are reserved in advance with a non refundable deposit.
